The Bamboo Villa is a two story luxury villa with two master bedrooms on the first floor complete with on suite private bathrooms and each with Jacuzzi tubs. The  four additional rooms are located on the second floor all with private balconies and on suite bathrooms. Each room is equipped with A/C and  a flat screen TV. The kitchen is a chefs dream with a large open cooking area, side by side refrigerator, gas cook top stove, electric oven and dishwasher

The out door infinity pool area has a covered bar and lounge area, there are amazing views of the surrounding mountains and ocean.  The villa is located on 36 hectares (90 acres) of multiple varieties of bamboo.  The bamboo could be harvested and utilized for commercial use.  There is over 300 meters of ocean frontage along with a floating dock and boat ramp.  There is also a small landing strip on the property along with boat hangers.  This unique property has both commercial and residential possibilities
